When you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive certain information from the provider to create and maintain your account:

• Email address: Used to uniquely identify your account.
• Name/Profile Picture: Used to personalize your experience within the app.
• User ID: A unique identifier generated by Firebase to link your data across devices.

B. Application Data (Cloud Sync)

LifeSpin allows you to track personal growth data. This data is synchronized with Google Firebase (Firestore) to ensure you don’t lose progress:

• Names of life spheres and their quantitative scores (1-10).
• Personal comments, reflections, and intentions.
• Timestamps of changes.

C. Log and Diagnostic Data

We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance and fix bugs:

• Crash logs: Technical details about app failures.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique identifiers for diagnostic purposes. This data is generally not linked to your identity but helps us improve the app.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services / Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Firebase (Firestore & Crashlytics)

3. Data Storage and Security

• Cloud Storage: Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.
• Local Storage: A copy of your data remains on your device for offline access.
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transfer and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, all your records in Firebase (Auth and Firestore) will be permanently deleted.
